Breeze through the olive groves and admire the historic wineries as your professional guide leads this small group tour on a scenic journey up and down the picturesque Chianti hills. Throughout the day, you’ll have the chance to soak up the wonderful Tuscan flavours and aromas as you pedal through the rural landscape at a tranquil pace.

We’ll leave Florence behind as we mount our comfortable bicycles and set off on a scenic journey upwards. We’ll make sure we take regular breaks along the road, as we want to capture as many great photo memories as possible throughout this special ride. There’s so much to see, from sprawling wine estates to ancient stone villages and sunny vistas.

Once we reach the top of the hill, we’ll ride through a stunning neighborhood of Florentine nobility, before coming to a stop at our first location of the day – renowned Renaissance Villa winery in the hills behind Florence. After touring the villa, we’ll enjoy an olive oil and wine tasting. You can also purchase this locally-made produce if you’d like to take some home!

On our way back to Florence, your guide will lead you through the spectacular Piazzale Michelangelo where you can stop and take pictures of Florence. The rest of the ride is breezy, as it’s all downhill! We’ll go into the San Niccolo neighborhood & make a stop at a delicious gelateria to finish the half-day outing!
